Platform Access

Log in to Glambot Studio Cloud and manage your credentials.

First Login​

Create an Account​

  1. Go to dashboard.glambot-studio.app
  2. Click on "Create Account"
  3. Fill out the form:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Password
  4. Verify your email via the received link
  5. Log in with your credentials

Organization Invitation​

If you are invited by an existing organization:

  1. You receive an invitation email
  2. Click on the link in the email
  3. Create your password
  4. You are automatically added to the organization

Log In​

  1. Go to dashboard.glambot-studio.app
  2. Enter your email
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click on "Log In"

Stay Logged In​

Check "Remember me" to stay logged in for 30 days.

Shared Computer

Do not check this option on a shared or public computer.

Forgot Password​

Reset Your Password​

  1. On the login page, click on "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click on "Send Link"
  4. Check your email (check spam)
  5. Click on the reset link
  6. Create a new password

The reset link expires after 24 hours. Request a new link if necessary.

Log Out​

Log Out​

  1. Click on your name in the top right
  2. Select "Log Out"

Automatic Logout​

You are automatically logged out after:

  • 8 hours of inactivity (if "Remember me" not checked)
  • 30 days (if "Remember me" checked)

Troubleshooting​

Cannot Log In​

Possible Causes:

  • Incorrect email or password
  • Account not activated
  • Account suspended

Solutions:

  1. Check email spelling
  2. Reset your password
  3. Verify that you validated your email
  4. Contact support if the problem persists

Reset Email Not Received​

  1. Check spam folder
  2. Wait a few minutes
  3. Request a new link
  4. Verify the email address is correct
