Team Members
Organizations can have several members, each with a role that controls what they can do. Manage them from the Members page.
Route: /organizations/{organization-id}/members
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including organization settings, billing, deleting the organization, and managing members. An owner can only change their own role if another owner exists. |
| Admin | Manage projects and team members, but not organization-level settings or deletion. |
| Standard | View access; cannot edit projects or settings. |
Roles are colour-coded in the members table — Owner (red), Admin (orange), Standard (default).
The members table
The Members page lists everyone in the organization with their avatar, name, email, role, and available actions. Owners and admins additionally see controls to change roles, remove members, and invite new ones.
Inviting a member
- Open the Members page and start an invitation.
- Enter the person's email address and pick a role (standard, admin, or owner).
- Send the invite — they receive an email with a join link.
- When they accept, they're added to the organization with the role you chose.
Pending invitations are listed separately, with options to copy the invite link or revoke the invitation. Invite links are single-use and expire after a set period.
Changing a role
Owners and admins can change a member's role from the role dropdown in the members table (standard ↔ admin ↔ owner).
An organization must always keep at least one owner. The app prevents you from removing or downgrading the last owner.
Removing a member / leaving
- Admins and owners can remove a member from the table (with confirmation).
- A standard or admin member can leave the organization themselves (allowed as long as an owner remains). After leaving, you're redirected to your projects.
Switching organizations
If you belong to more than one organization, use the organization switcher in the header to change context. Projects, billing, and team management always reflect the currently selected organization.
