Billing & Invoices
The Billing page is where you manage your organization's subscription and download invoices. Billing is scoped to the currently selected organization.
Route: /billing
What's on the page
The Billing page is organized around your organization:
- Organization name and status — a coloured chip shows the current state:
- 🟢 Active
- 🟠 Grace period (a payment failed)
- 🔴 Expired / none
- "Cancel pending" if you've scheduled a cancellation
- Current billing period — e.g. "Current period: 2026-06-05 – 2026-07-05"
- Next billing date — or "Cancels on
{date}" if cancellation is scheduled - Subscription actions — depending on state:
- Subscribe now (if expired/none)
- Cancel subscription (if active)
- Reactivate Subscription (if a cancellation is pending)
- Invoices — a table of all invoices with download links
- Trial panel — shown while a trial is active and no paid subscription exists (see Subscription)
If a payment failed, a warning banner asks you to update your payment method before a given date to keep access.
Invoices
An invoice is generated automatically whenever a payment is confirmed — a subscription renewal, a project purchase, or an options purchase.
Invoice numbering
Invoices use the format INV-{YEAR}-{SEQUENCE} (for example INV-2026-00001), with the sequence resetting each calendar year.
What an invoice contains
- Your issuer/company details and the client (organization) billing information.
- Line items describing what was paid for — a monthly subscription (with its period), a project base pack, extra minutes, or extra days.
- Any promo code discount as a separate line.
- Tax and the total, in EUR.
Delivery
When an invoice is issued, the organization owner receives an email with a summary and the PDF attached. The email is sent in the organization's language.
Viewing and downloading
- All invoices appear in the Invoices table on the Billing page, most recent first.
- Click Download to open the PDF (served via a secure, time-limited link) in a new tab.
- Before your first payment, the table shows "Invoices will appear here after your first payment."
Any member of the organization can view and download its invoices, provided the organization has an active subscription.
Billing scope
- One subscription per organization — shared by all its members.
- Invoices and payments belong to the organization, not to an individual user.
- Usage limits (minutes, days) are tracked per project; see Lifecycle & Limits.
