Purchase & Options

Publishing a project and extending it are one-time purchases paid through Mollie. Each purchase bundles video minutes and online days. You can also apply a promo code.

Subscription vs. project purchases

Your monthly subscription unlocks the ability to publish and use the platform. Each individual project is then activated and extended with these one-time purchases.

Buying a project (base pack)​

When you publish a draft project you're taken to the purchase screen.

  • Title: "Buy this project"
  • Base pack (always included): 60 minutes of video + 30 days online.
  • Extra minutes (optional, pick one tier): +30, +60, +120, or +240 min. Each tier shows an approximate per-minute rate.
  • Extra days (optional, pick one tier): +15, +30, +60, or +90 days. Each tier shows an approximate per-day rate.
  • Promo code (optional): enter a code and click Apply for a discount.
  • Summary: e.g. "Includes 90 min of video • 60 days online", with the final total.

Click Buy to go to Mollie checkout. After payment, the project's minutes limit and online days are set, and you can publish it.

Adding options to a published project​

Already published and running low on minutes or time? Buy more without re-creating the project.

  1. Open the project and choose Add options.
  2. Pick extra minutes and/or extra days (same tiers as above).
  3. Optionally apply a promo code.
  4. Pay through Mollie.

After payment:

  • extra minutes are added to the project's minutes limit, and
  • extra days extend its expiration date.

This is also how you bring an archived project back — buy extra days to push the expiration into the future.

Promo codes​

If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo code field on the purchase screen and click Apply:

  • A valid code shows the discount applied and updates the total.
  • Discounts are either a percentage or a fixed amount off.
  • A code may be limited to project purchases, options purchases, or valid for both, and may have an expiry or usage cap.

If a code can't be used, you'll see why — for example: invalid code, expired, not yet valid, maximum uses reached, or not valid for this purchase type.

After payment​

For every confirmed purchase, Glambot Studio:

  • updates the project's minutes and/or days,
  • generates an invoice with itemized lines (and the discount, if any), and
  • emails the invoice PDF to the organization owner.
