QR Codes
Glambot Studio uses QR codes so guests can jump straight to a video on their own device — no typing links. They appear in two places: on live gallery videos and in delivery emails.
QR codes in live galleries
When a gallery has QR code enabled, every video card shows a QR code that links to that video's own public page. A guest watching the wall can scan the code on their phone and open the video privately to watch or download it.
You control the QR code per gallery (see Live Galleries):
| Option | Choices |
|---|---|
| QR code | On / Off |
| QR position | Bottom-right · Bottom-left · Top-right · Top-left |
| QR size | Small (64px) · Medium (96px) · Large (128px) |
Each QR encodes the public URL of its specific video, so scanning always lands on the right clip.
On a venue screen, turn QR codes on and pick a Large size in a corner. Guests passing by can scan their video and take it with them instantly.
QR codes in emails
Delivery emails can also include a QR code (and download links) pointing guests to their video. This is configured through your email template variables — see Email Templates and Send Emails.
